FICO can be manipulated. A person that knows credit
can push his score pretty high within 60-75 days.
It’s best to look at the actual credit report,
lenght of credit history, and past credit.

Is there any way to obtain FICO scores without applying for a loan. Looking to get into larger home and would like to know my alternatives. Looking to L/O current home or consider PacTrust(read Bill’s book but still confused on the process). Since I am looking for personal residence my search perameters are different then income property. Any input would be appreciated.
