Just heard of a sale, 2 houses on 32 acres. This is by heirs looking for quick cash and was required IAW the previous owner’s will (grandmother).
I am checking this out over the next 2 days. Any suggestions for raising the cash by week’s end for this?
I would refi ASAP, so interest and terms are no problem.
Will update this info with more details tomorrow.
