I would greatly appreciate it if anyone who has a FAQ sheet that is given to tenant buyers or a seperate FAQ given to sellers concerning lease options would send me a copy. Just met with a seller who is a Prince Georges police officer who requested such a document and it dawned on me that such documents could be very useful for both t/b and sellers.
