Looking to the experts for advice, I am just starting and have a list of prospects for quick flipping,only problem is I AM STUCK IN TWO AREAS DETERMINING MARKET VALUE and ESTIMATING REPAIRS. Can you give me some advice and recomend some good resources for educating myself on these subjects. Deeply appreciate it.
