I just attended Ernie’s seminar the other day at
my local RE investor club. I am impressed with his
ideas, however before I buy his materials I would
like to get a second opinion from my fellow RE
investors. If you ever bought his material please
let me know what you think. Is it worth buying?

He’s smart, wealthy and has a real interest in helping his students. I am a member of a R.E. club he started in DC, and it is very helpful. Hope this helps.

I was an Ernie Kessler and had a bad experience. I bought the discounted mortgage course. After sending letters and following up with people that had taken back paper I was not able to put a deal together. It took six months and threatening to report him to the Better Business Bureau in order to receive my refund. His staff was not helpful. Hope you have a better experience.
