Hello…I am just about to make my first deal. We bought a 1976 14X68 2BR/1B last week for $4,000 (She was asking $7,000) and we advertised for a week and the first guy to come and see it wants it. (FOR $7500 with financing!)
We really wanted an all cash deal, but can hardly pass this up.
We haven’t closed yet, but his references have been checking out perfectly! And he’s called me three times to see when he can move in.
I’m keeping my fingers crossed! THIS IS SO MUCH FUN!!
