Kristine,
I had heard so much about these ‘Free’ seminar’s curiosity just got the best of me. Of course I was incognito, I wore my money color green baseball cap, with $CASH$ emroidered in gold across the front of the cap. Maybe this is what annoyed the speaker for some reason, he kept looking at me, with that please leave stare.
Actually, I think it was the part where he said they do not do credit checks for ‘no-doc’ loans, anyone can get one.

James,
It might be the same fellow I know from Denver, this is why in an earlier post I recommended Denver as a place for investors to move to. I have not met the fellow from Tacoma, Washington, but I am sure he wouldn’t mine a few more investors in his area.
Maybe an Ellis Island for new investors would work out. Then a record could be kept on where the investors are re-locating to, kind of divide it up so everyone has a chance. Then if the fellow assigning re-location areas was a real smart investor he would move were there are no investors when he finished the re-assignment areas. This sounds more like an Enron deal.

Well, I probably would have left about then too. But that’s because of what I know now. If I were totally new to REI and an “author” said something like that, I probably would have believed him. But I also bought Cisco stock at the height of endless splits, so there is no accounting for someone like me.
