If you want info on “Subject to”, wraps and agreement for deed, you need to order his “for sale by owner” course.

Hello,
I have a question about Ron LeGrand’s lease option course I do remember people mentioning it is comprehensive and contains a lot of volume. I was wondering does his course contain information or enough information on subject-to, wraps, and contract for deeds?
I hear about subject-to becoming an excellent way to own real estate and the same thing with wraps. It seems like lease options, subject-to, wraps and CFD are interrelated.
