I haven’t been regularly visiting this site in the last year or so but I seem to remember seeing some info. or articles on buying other peoples judgements or liens, ect. at a discount and then you could go try to collect on them and potentially make a good profit. Does anyone remember seeing this topic discussed or a book on this topic??? Any leads would be appreciated!

There is a book out by a Lloyd Walters, I believe. He and somebody with a male-coded first name, same last name, probably his son, have a website with a lot of real estate investing books and the judgment investing book is there also. I was just looking at their site about three or four days ago. Somebody had the URL on their post and it took me to that site.
I’d suggest that a search of the internet with the term judgment investing might be fruitful. Or his name.
