I have one and it does work pretty well. I show pictures of homes for sale and keep a list of email addresses to mail to when I get a new home for sale. You can check it out if you would like at:

The web site is great for newspaper ads, they can see photos, maps, info and download app. I am lazy, I get the buyer to do the work. The site gives most of the information needed to buy the home.
