I have heard that you can check with the local Board of Realtors and for a yearly fee (not sure how much)you can get access to the sold listings.I’m not too sure though,it seems that this would conflict with Texas being a non disclosure state.I think that you have to be able to show that you are a R/E investor.
The local board should be able to clear this up for you though.Let us know what you find out.
Does anyone have info on how to obtain comparable sales information in Texas (more specifically DFW (Dallas, Tarrant, Denton, Collin counties)) without having to be an agent?
