I have a parcel of land owned free and clear (no loan) in title of an LLC which is under my name only. My wife knows I
own a piece of property but does not know where it is. She does know the LLC name. We have been contemplating divorce.
I was wondering about the best way to protect this property.
Can I transfer this property to a corp/LLC in another state?
I have worked awfully hard on obtaining some wealth through real estate and would hate to lose it to someone who has not lifted a finger.
