Hi seems like you are interested in doing flips or wholesaling…try readyng the how to article on this site…read them all…and you will find that there are a few courses that teach you how to do it…and there are not that expensive…I hope this helps…

I am a beginer in the real estate business, and I am attempting to make my first investment. Are distressed properties a good method of doing this? If not what would you propose. If distressed properties are a good method how do I get to those properties before the owner goes into foreclosure and before the bank or mortgage office takes control of the property. Are contracts a good method of beginning in the real estate business, how would I go about finding properties to get contracts on and how would I then find investors to sell the contracts to at a decent profit. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated by anybody.
