Sold CA property 3/4 acre older mobile no perm. foundation, lenders dont look at.I hold second note a private party first on a 15 month old sale. 12 months there pymt has been late, Now behind 1,600 in taxs, afraid after foreclosure auction, once 1st note is paid nothing left for my 2nd.
