There are a lot of little details. Go to the library and start reading through some books on flipping properties. The ones by Steve Berges or Bill Bronchick are pretty good for a start. They are well known enough that many libraries have copies.

I’m trying to get into the RE investment business and currently am
trying to
learn about any “little details” that I may need to be aware of. For
example I
just learned today about the concept of seasoning by lenders. Are
there any
other potential legal issues that I may encounter that I should know
about? I
don’t want to committ to purchasing a property and find out that for
some
reason I can’t fix-up or sell the property for a period of time. Any
information would be greatly appreciated.
