Shouldn’t the buyers have to figure out the answer to this question? Seems like they could take title directly and figure it out later. probably makes a difference what kind of trust you are talking about too. Post this on the legal forum on this site too.

Hello,

I just sold 2 lots to someone and had them, per the purchases request, deeded to a trust that they have setup. There is some question on as to wheather the lots, as they have been recorded in the name of the trust, are now part of the trust or have to be entered into it somehow. I am not familiar with trusts so any help would be appreciated.
