Should I be filling out the “Warrantee Deed to Trustee” and having the sellers sign it or should I let the title company do that end of the deal?
The Warrantee Deed to Trustee came with my LeGrand course and I have been filling it in and sending it to my sellers.
Set me straight on this.
If the title company does this should I provide them with my hard copy or should I just quit worrying about taking care of this an dlet them handle it?
