Hello fellow REI,

I’m new to REI, but am working some deals.

I hear many people talking about going for the deed, but what do you say to get the deed? I was wondering if someone could teach me a couple of phrases to use to get the deed instead of doing a lease/option.

If you’ve ever done this could you tell me the thought process behind getting the deed. I know I want it, but so do they.

Red the post above. And then read everything else here at the site, It’s great that you’re out ther working, but you really need some info. and know what to do. Get a course too, and read archives on subject to. Can’t go over everything in a post. And I think there are still some explanations down below on this posting list.
