I’ve been watching a mobile home on land and the price has fallen to where I could probably get it for $12,000. The home is an 1989, 2/1 and 900 square feet.It appears to be in average shape but will need some work to get it ready to rent or sell. It looks to rent for 425or more and would sell for around $30,000. One possible problem is the location being 60 plus miles away, so it would be a long drive to work on. The home is a foreclosure located on a lot with sewer and a well and is a rural area. The market here is not good but people still need a place to live and this would be very affordable. Since no one else has bought it could I be missing something. Maybe I’m having pre buyers remorse. appraised at $27,000
