one day, my broker and me were checking on a va his dad had bought 4 weeks earlier… a couple drives up with the list in their hands. we asked them about it and they said that they had paid for a list on the internet… what a waste of money… you can get lists for free if you know where to look…

think about it… that 50 bucks could have gone for a bar-b-que with their family and friends… 50 bucks is fifty bucks!

…money down" Call 1-800-something. I called and they said I had to subscribe for $59 (I think it was)a month and I would have access to their list… My question is, does anybody know about this? Is it worth the money? It seems to me like one of these things where you pay money and get nothing substantial at the end.

I have seen several online supposed up to the minute foreclosure lists for my area. They all list different houses. I flunk them all. If they are free Id go for it.

Any one know of a service that is actually great here?
