The best CYA Document I have ever found comes from Joe Kaiser and it’s called “The best darn document on the planet.” I do beleive there is a copy of that document on this site somewhere.

I would never do a deal without this document and would recommend that you don’t either.

Hi folks,

Does anyone use a CYA form in the investing world?

I went to a one day seminar on foreclosures and the
guest speaker said he uses a CYA form in all his deals.

Is this form neccessary in this business?

If it’s needed can someone point me to where to purchase
this form on the net?
