gets motivated sellers to call. It’s the only thing. The question is who will they call. Bandit signs work very well to get your name/number out there. Business cards given to EVERYBODY you meet might work, telling EVERYBODY you know that you can solve real estate problems, pens and magnets with your phone number. I think some people will send a letter to owners of abandoned properties or those going through foreclosure. Placing ads in the paper will generate some calls as well. Something like ‘Sell Fast’ or ‘NO Commissions’. There are lots of ways…search the archives here. Anything you can think of to let people know that you are in the business of solving real estate problems.
