I have been doing Realestate for 5 or 6 years now, I wanted to supliment my income by doing credit repair. I started doing and Learning (As everyone else here)about credit. Over the years I have taught tennents about credit, beacause I wanted them to buy the house that i put them into.
The Lease to own Clients!
So I typed out a 40 booklet that gave them a Step by step, with letters that they can copy also. Plus, they could call me if they did not no how! Etc.
I have found out over the years that, NOBODY attempted to fix there credit. HMMMM!
I started to do credit repair on the side for a few people, and relatives and friends Etc. (Basically because they were to Lazy to help themselves)
I wanted to know if anyone else out there is doing this and Does anyone Have a way that I can contact people that may want this service? I am doing local advertizing But i am in a small town. I live in Ohio and lived most of my life In Michigan.
Two of the worst states for bad credit, Foreclosures, and all the other ugly stuff.
How do I reach these people that wont cost me a fortune???
I told them They can do it themselves (Its free) but noBody does. They just keep asking ME to do it for them.

as this has been answered to you by many on another board a month or so ago. Everybody on that board suggested for you to not do it, but that they could see that you had made up your mind and didn’t want to hear anything contrary.
As far as I know it’s illegal to sell ‘credit repair’ services. What the companies, who do that, do is they make you sign, that you are buying their booklet for $ 295 or whatever, and that any help to repair credit is free.

A realtor friend of mine does credit repair for free for everyone. As long as when the people buy the house, he gets a commission.
I’m more than happy to do this then.
He might do it for a fee - he’s very well organized. Dunno.

1.A.) Yes, thousands of companies do this. You can too!
1.B.) Advertising on the Interweb!!11!!! (CL,google,co website,etc.)

You are right that I didn’t FULLY answer where to advertise though - obviously the internet is where it’s at
(because of your small town). Bandit signs maybe? AMIRITE?!?!? (I ASSumed you would use your OWN clients/tenants as the starting pool. My bad.)
