Credit Bureau Membership - Posted by Vince

Vince,

To second Carl’s opinion, I am a PrivacyGuard member as well, and the unlimited pulls on your credit are probably the fastest way to detect fraud. You just have to pull the reports regularly - I do it every couple of days or so.

Invaluable service for the price, or as some sales pitch may spin it: “Under 33 cents a day…”

Landlords/Lease Optionors:

I’m a newbie, and seek credit bureau membership and access. Any recommendations on platforms for the best combination of economic and effective, as it relates to membership and continuing credit check access?

Thanks!

Vince

Vince,

Privacyguard.com offers a 2 month trial membership for $1. You’re
allowed unlimited pulls of tri-merge reports with scores. After the 2
month trial, it’s $120/year. I subscribe to the service, and it’s been
invaluable to me. My credit scores tend to go up and down quickly
when I’m moving capital around, and it allows me to time my
applications perfectly when looking for new credit lines.

I’m not sure what your needs are, but you probably
don’t need a (costly) membership to a credit bureau.
You can do credit checks online for $10.
Go to:
citicredit.net or
realchek.com

Both use info from the 3 big credit bureaus for
their credit searches.
