“How did you do that deal?” seems to be a
prevailing question when someone posts a
successful deal. Perhaps a blueprint is the
anticipated answer. Were it that simple,
this whole board would be successful nourished
by someone’s previous “Here is what I did.”

And you can count me among those inquisitors.

It is my opinion that success, in any measure,
is rooted in belief. Faith in one’s self is
the Motherlode from which all else springs.

From belief comes determination. With that
resolve, you are positioned for commitment
“to do.” This is an awfully powerful combination.

Picture yourself standing in front of Hoover
Dam. For the envisioning-impaired, you would
be a tiny-looking exclamation point.

Just on the other side of that wall is a massive
amount of energy, waiting to be released.
Knowing this imbues you with a level of
confidence that you can do whatever it is you
have chosen to do. Doubt is never a part of
the equation.

To maximzie the efficiency as you release this
powerful energy, you must know your results,
where you want to go. Given what you know
and the pony upon which you have chosen to
get there, what is it you want waiting at your
final destination?

Once you know that, develop your own blueprint,
a plan which outlines what you are going to do,
how you are going to do it, and when you are
going to do it.

When you want to catch a bear, you don’t want
to follow its tracks hoping to find it. Instead,
you want to follow its tracks backwards… to the
den from which it came. It will come back eventually.
That’s how you catch a bear.

From the results you want, trace the steps you
believe necessary to get there. There’s your
plan. Now you have your own blueprint for
success. Once you have it, make yourself a
step-by-step plan; one you can follow week
by week. By working your plan, you are being
accountable to yourself.

You know what? There ain’t nothing that will
stop you.

I’ll tell you something else. Not having
money is a bogus excuse. Don’t ever run
that one up the flag pole around me. You’ll
embarrass yourself.

For those who take this seriously, see you
in Atlanta this February. You will find
incredible support and networking opportunities.
