I can’t give you legal advice, but my guess is that you are on the hook for legal & court cost$ now, too.

It’s not good to muck w/HOAs because they are made of homeowners who pay their fees & have no compassion for anyone who doesn’t do the same. They generally play hardball, so it’s probably going to cost you not only in the pocket, but you may need to offer a giant mea culpa to get back in good graces w/your neighbors.

Ignoring a bill is passive-agressive behavior, & few folks take that well. If someone has financial problems, the best way to handle any creditor is 'fess up & make payment arrangements. Now you’ve also probably got a ticked-off tenant who resents being put in the middle of a court case. Suggest you deliver some chocolates pronto!

The h.o.a dues fell way behind and the h.o.a. lawer got a court order receivership in place.A renter is on property.
The renter says the rents are to be paid directly to Receiver by court order or renter is in violation and subject to court disciplinary action.
So i get no overdue by 30 day rents $900.00 ?
Is it only till h.o.a. dues are brought current?
