Hello Everyone and Happy Hollidays!!
I am sending this message from Detroit Michigan. What I need to know specifically is what type of cost are incured once a home is sold? i.e taxes, tranfer title cost etc. Lets use the price of selling a $50,000 for example. Any help is appreciated. Thanks Everyone

I am sure that some REI from your area can give you a rough estimate of certain costs, but to tell you what you will spend when selling a home is difficult, since EVERYTHING is negotiable.
The actual price to close will be different on every deal as you negotiate with the buyers as to who pays for what.
