Depends on the state. Usually need one for corps, S or C. Usually do not need one for LLC’s.

Im told a corporate seal is necessary for S-corps. How about LLC’s? I found one ref in the srchives saying LLC’s dont need a seal. True?
When do I need to use the seal? Everytime I sign a corporate document?
