This is a good question for your accountant. We currently do all of our “Dealer” properties in a corporation for tax benefits. Check your local area to see it is beneficial to you.

Just wondering if it is necessary to form a corporation for just doing Lonnie deals with mobile homes. I am just getting started and my total net worth is not that much.
