If you are going to buy 20 properties from 20 sellers, then BMW analogy goes right down the toilet. There is no economy of scale there.

Im starting a consumer buying pool for those of you in the essex county, nj area. Just in case you’re all wondering what a consumer buying pool is: its a group of people who come together to purchase a certain product at once and by doing so can negotiate for huge discounts. For example; 20 people want to buy a BMW all at once. What salesperson would turn us away?? Our collective buying power would give us leverage over price! THINK ABOUT SAVING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!
