What do you mean by consolidate them? IF you have equity you can pull out money. IF you want to get rid of them and buy something bigger as an investment, do a 1031 tax deferred exchange.

I am interested in hearing frome someone who can clue me in on consolidating properties to sell for larger ones.
I have 2 duplexs, house, and triplex.All of which I bought in the last three years.
There is equity in all of them with the exception of the triplex.
I am stimeid.
