I have a 1984 Shultz mobile home. I have already replaced all of the pipes that came with my home because I had a flood because of the pipes I had. I was wondering if I would be eligeble for a compensation?

I OWN A 1990 Holliday Rambler Motor Home. The pipes are of a plastic substance but I am not sure that this is a replacement item. Please advise. Thank You.

We have a Modular home made in 1988. Would this be part of the recall? The home was made by Redman Homes of Lancaster Pa. I think we do have this type of pipe in this home. Thank you J. Starr

You may never have a problem. The connections are the problem, in my case.
call Consumer Plumbing Recovery Center 1-800-392-7591
My mobile is a 1981 model, they told me I am not covered by the legal settlement.
If you are covered, you have to declare you had a leak.
There would be forms to fill out. Somehow a plumbing contractor would be involved, after an inspection.
I am replacing the qest grey pipe myself with QEST-PEX pipe and Flair-It fittings and connectors. ( www.flairit.com )
The Flair-It fittings are supposed to work with old grey qest pipe as well as the new thicker white/milky piping. Not CPVC.
DO NOT GLUE THE GREY QEST PIPE.
Previous owner or owners had done some repairs with glue and it came apart when I touched it.
(The mobile was in a hard-water area on well water.)
By the way, watch for snakes.
Our mobile is in Central California Sierra foothills.
I found a baby rattlesnake where I had just been working under the mobile.
Surprise!
I HAVE BEEN IN A MOBILE HOME SINCE 1984 AND HAVE HAD ALMOST THE WHOLE UNDERNEATH BUST INCLUDING THE INSIDE TOO BECAUSE OF THAT OLD GRAY PIPEAND WITH DAMAGE DONE TO OTHER PARST DUE TO THE LEAKS,. I WOULD LOVE TO BE INLUDED IN THIS RECALL,
We purchased a 28 yearold mobile home from a family member who hid everything from us and there mother lived in it for 28 years and never did anything to the trailer. Can we get the plumbing and or valves especially the toilet as we have been in it for 1 year and 6 months and we want to replace all the fixtures, but can’s find anything to fit the tubing except the shark bite and the qest valves. What a night mare.

I purchased mobile home in 1987 and have spent alot of money repairing water piping over the last 15 years. Is there any way I can get the piping replaced?
We purchased our home in April of 1999 and at the time the home was 5 years old. I’m not sure that the piping is the same but if you could advise me as to the next step I should take I would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you,
Donna Black-Moore
