I am looking to co-invest with an acquaintance in property to create a rural subdivision development. Can anyone provide me concepts and/or language to help us define how to handle an equitable way to dissolve our partnership if one wants out earlier than the other, how do you value and orchestrate a buy-out, how to handle disagreements and any other related considerations?
