Hi there everybody? Was just wondering…I’ve had a comps software package that I’ve been paying for (over 1k)over this last year. Do most investors use similar comps software packages or can you get just as relevent & accurate information from certain websites that will also provide this? Thanks much to all that took the time to read this, & have a blessed day!
Tim

Never heard of comps software. Coxy up to an agent or appraiser who will share, even for less of a price. Also try domainia.com doesn’t have info. for all of US however.

You can obtain some information from here:

As far as a good comps source, I don’t know of any. Many counties around the country are now online, so you can often obtain the information you need across the web by accessing the County Auditor’s database.
