My state is one of the lucky 21 and this site is a godsend! My state is also NOT covered by experian or dataquick (don’t ask me why) so the yahoo site is particulary useful! Thanks again!

I’ve seen several posts asking about on-line sources for
comps and just came across:
http://realestate.yahoo.com/realestate/homevalues
This site provides ability to search historical data for
a specific address or an entire street and also has info
for sales in a specified price ranges in a given city/town.
I checked 8 addresses and found the info to be accurate.
It may not be as current as one might need and unfortunately is available for only 21 states plus DC.
