No such restriction I am aware of in CO. Even if there was, form a domestic corporation or LLC in CO.

I am a resident of MN. I am purchasing a ten unit building in CO. The building is actually 10 condo units. I will keep 5 units and have 5 people who each want to buy a unit from me. Someone said that as a non-resident of CO, I might not be able to do that. Has anyone heard of this?
