CO Subject To Attorney - Posted by Ryan Urban

I’m trying to locate a Colorado attorney (I live in Colorado Springs) who can assist me with “Subject To” deals. This would include contracts and closings. I’m trying to form a team, so I’m also looking for Property Insurance and Title reps who are experienced in this area as well.
Thanks!

The agent who handles insurance for my CS properties is located outside Denver. The insurance he handles for me is by Farmers from their commercial (called, for some reason, “Truck”) division. It covers a lot of landlord specific stuff like tenant vandalism.
My attorney in CS specializes in Landlord/Tenant, so that probably won’t help. I can ask my agent who he uses for Sub2 if you like.
