Only 2 basic kinds of trust docs…either revocable, as in living-trust normally, or irrevocable as normally found in testamentary trust that’s designed to pass title to RE upon death of trustor.

So of course the rev. is revocable at will of the trustor so long as he’s alive and legally competent.

Is there a specific form for ending a Land Trust? Can the Bene send a letter to the Registrar stating such?

Couldn’t find this topic in the course.
