he has any legal recourse whatsoever! Oh, and I guess * I * won’t be ordering anything either from him, after hearing about this!

I bought a set of his tapes a few years ago (4) and found them to be very informative. He has always returned my calls! In my mind he is a class act! Try to get Mr. Sheets to PERSONALLY return your calls!

I believe Claude Diamond will motivate you and teach you how to be successful in lease-options. Maybe even more importantly, he will teach you how to sell.
If you are not convinced to use Claude’s mentoring program at this time - it would be wise to consider his selling skills materials.
After a telephone conversation with Mr. Diamond, I can tell this man is a master salesman. He knows how to ask the right questions to qualify - or disqualify - a potential prospect very quickly.

I heard Claude speak at an investor’s conference, and was fairly impressed. I liked his presentation, and his program, based on his presentation only. I’ve never actually seen the material.
Then, on another newsgroup, I posted something about Claude’s presentation. I even complimented him on his presentation, but I gave my opinion on how much “meat” there was in the presentation versus “salesmanship”.
He posted a very angry reply threatening legal action against me for defamation. It was a public forum, and I simply posted my opinion, which is perfectly legal. My post didn’t even insult him; it was fairly benign. As a matter of fact, I said I was interested in buying his information at some time in the future. He completely overreacted.
My opinion of him has changed. I’m now not interested in anything he has to offer.

Jerry:
How do you know that the response to your post ACTUALLY came from Claude Diamond? Surely you are aware that people impersonate guru/celebrity types on these message boards from time to time.
First of all even if you trashed him, which you say you did nothing of the sort, what would he care? His cash flow is huge enough to, among other things, allow him to live 6 months in the Rocky Mountains and 6 months in San Diego. If in doubt, why not give him a call?
MAYBE it was him that responded to you, but that would be extremely out of character for him (and any OTHER person with an ounce of self esteem). If you have ever talked to him directly, you would know that he is a super nice fellow…
Just the way I view things…

No doubt about it, it was him.
I’m sure you can make all sorts of excuses for him. “He’s so rich, he wouldn’t care”? Uh. Ok.
The thread I posted under had to do with somthing that happened at the first annual CREOnline convention. There are things you don’t know about people just from speaking with them on the phone, believe me. If you’re an investor, you should know that.
But, believe what you want to. It was my opinion, not yours.
