Probably unless there are covenants contained in the deeds or CC&R’s that prohibit it.

24 years ago I purchased a lot, in a subdivsion, which as part of the subdivsion, there was a city park behind my lot. This was our reason for buying the lot, to have the open space behind us.
The City has Quit Claimed the property back to the Subdivsion developers, who now want to sell the property as lots.
Are they able to sell this property without the permission of people in the subdivsion?
