It can be depending on what the issue is. If you are doing this as a Lonnie Deal I would pass on it especially at that price.

Hi,
I want to purchase a mobile home for 3,500 but the celing is wet and caving down a little. I want to know if this is a costly repair?

As Ruben said, it depends. Best case scenario it’s a miniscule leak and a good coat of Kool Seal will fix it. Worst case is it’s been there a while and you may have mold/mildew issues in the ceiling, ruined ceiling, insullation, etc. to replace, rotted supports in the ceiling, and a hole on the roof to fix before you can Kool Seal it. If you’re new at this my recommendation would be to walk away, short of that, get an expert opinion on what the real problem is and know what it will cost to fix it then get the price way down.

Take care,
Chris
