Cashflow Note Law - Posted by Chuck Loggins

I am a licensed Real Estate Broker in Oklahoma, I also invest in real estate. I recently got interested in finding cashflow notes and purchasing them either myself or posting them on an investor site and receiving a commission. What type of license would I need to be able to broker note deals and receive commission. I am not wanting to jeopardize my real estate brokers license, therefore I need to know what steps I must do to be completely in compliance with the laws of Oklahoma

Note Br license required? - Posted by John Merchant

In most states no such license exists and probably that’s the case in OK.

Find the official website for State of OK and check list of license agencies there…if none found, then likely no such in OK.

Then have a look at OK State Statutes.
