I’ve studied the CS course about a million times and I know it like the back of my hand, but because of my age, I can’t do things like obtain mortgages and credit cards. Regardless of that, What I wanted to know is if there is someone in the Pittsburgh area who has done this and if so, can they tell me how they got started.

I want to phrase this very carefully, as it is not my intention to be rude in any way.

Before you make a post like this, search the archives for other posts about Sheets. You will probably find THOUSANDS. Most say the same thing: Will this work in my area?

Now, there’s a reason that they are all asking the same question. The reason is that the program is a very basic one. IT IS DESINGED TO WORK ANYWHERE. I imagine one could do real estate in KENYA with the Sheets program. Certainly it is capable to do the type of investing Sheets teaches in Va.

I don’t mean to sound harsh, and I hope I haven’t offended you. I just want you to do yourself a favor. You will not have every single thing clear for you when you get started. That’s one major thing that scares the majority away. They want every little question answered for them, and it won’t be.

Study the materials, ask good questions. Then, get out and do something. Have faith in yourself that you can do it. No matter your current situation, I can assure you someone worse off and less capable then you has been successful at it.

Get out and do it! Then, come back and share your success. Good luck.

Found N.Q.A.in newspaper called twice in one day to let guy know I was really interested went to meet him
talked him into loaning me full 10000 equity. Told him have bad credit was real honest,he didn’t seem worried.
Must have called 100 people but like C.S. say’s dont
give up. DON’T GIVE UP.GOOD LUCK.

I have terrible credit til this day,but I believe in owner finance now for sure,the course will teach you how to find flexible sellers that won’t even ask about your credit.Til this day I don’t even know if the guy I bought my house from has checked my credit,but I did
tell him I had bad credit,I sold 93’ course to friend of mine he got into house also 2000 course has 10 more chapters.WELL WORTH THE MONEY.

I bought the course. The tactics only work in markets where you have motivated sellers. You summed it up find someone to sell you their house and carry the paper. There I just saved you minimal $200.00 max $2700.00. I thought there was more to it and signed up for the coaching program when I realized it was just the same course with a study room monitor I asked for my money back. Sorry Pal no money back you loose.
