There is a whole forum dedicated to Carlton Sheets. You should check it out sometime (if you haven’t already). You will not find much here. For now, it is a good beginners course. You will hear both successes and failures. You have to judge for yourself as each experience is unique. Don’t do the coaching. You will be better off going to a boot camp of any respectable RE investor or finding a mentor in your locale.

Is this the real deal? I’m in the 30 day trial I ahve read some pretty neagtive stuff about this, especially the coaching program.

If you found it useful, and you think you can aply it, then continue with it.

My advise is, read every article and every success story listed on this site and then make up your mind! It took me more than two weeks to read them all. the education I got doing that was free and I have made alot of money and have yet to buy a single book or course. 2004 my tax return showed an income of 104,000 flipping only 3 properties. you decide.
