Save your money…these “coaching programs” or mentoring programs often are provided by “coaches” who may have little practical experience and know even less than you.
Find a competent investor to work with and do your deals with them and through them. The things you will learn, absorb, from the real world input in this fashion will be lifelong and taught by someone who actually is DOING the business.
Has anyone gone throught the Profits in Notes coaching program by Carleton Sheets? If so, what did you think? How does it compare with just using books and other resources that are out there?
We’ve just finished the coaching program for physical properties, and are considering doing the notes program.
I know there is another discussion group for Carleton questions, but I haven’t found many who have gone through the notes part of the program.
