Find some sucker to owner finance with no money down a piece of property for half of what it is worth. Then find another sucker to buy it with a large down payment for twice what it is worth. and you will make money. Repeate many times and you will be rich.

can anyone tell me anything about the carelton sheets course. have you tried it and does it work. is it full of good info or just a bunch of garbage. when i was about 19 i bought the course and really just glanced over it and threw it away. i am 27 now and have seen him on tv ever since and almost everyday. any information or comments would be appreciated
