a single man,…Somebody, single at the time of origination was given an easement
their successors and assigns,…and it goes to them and all who folow
a perpetual,…last forever…runs with the land
non-exclusive Easement over,…anybody entitled can use it
through and across the property described by the reference incorporated herein, for vehicular access…as Eric said…for a driveway to get to their property.
This is a convenant to run with the land…stays there virtually forever.
The west 19 feet, more or less and 100 feet more or less running north to south of the west property line of lots 288-287 …legal description which says it is about 19 feet wide and 100 feet long on the west side and runs north and south along the border of the lots.
Common everyday easement for ingress/egress.
Good Luck,
