Read your agreement between you and your listing agent. If your neighbor saw the property while it was under a listing agreement, the agreement may stipulate that if your neighbor purchases the property within so many days after expiration of the agreement, the agent is still due a commission.
i had listing till 2/06 with agent on home and took off market this week, now my neighbor says she wants house and will pay off mortgage and i can quick claim without paying the realtor or going thru title co. is this possible?
