Sure, close anytime all involved can agree upon.

Recognize that the title company may need about a weeks notice or so of the new closing date. One of the usualy limiting factors is the time it takes the lender to get the loan approved and the paperwork done and over to the title company.

If I set up a closing date with a Title company and plan to do a Double Closing, can I close the deal any time BEFORE the closing date just as long as it works out with the seller and buyer?

Say if I ask the seller for a 90 day closing, and find a buyer that is funded in 30 days, can I close the deal in 30 days? Or do I have to wait until the 90 days is up?
