I am thinking about buying some property subject to a business lease. I understand there is a market for cash flows secured by SFRs, but can a commercial lease be sold? What kind of parameters are used to discount a lease, if it could be done? I was hoping to possibly restructure this lease beforehand, and sell it to raise money for the purchase. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
